Answer one question and we will point you to the right place. You should not have to repeat what you already know.

How much Arabic do you know?

Open the option that fits you best.

I know nothing

Start at Pre-A1: your first Arabic. You will be speaking greetings within minutes, and you do not need to learn the whole alphabet first.

Start From Zero
I know the alphabet

Start at Pre-A1. The phrase sets will feel quick, and you can tick off what you already know. Take the placement test if you would rather skip ahead.

Open Pre-A1
I can read Arabic

Take the placement test. It will most likely place you at A1, where the words are about family, food, shopping and travel.

I know some Arabic words

Take the placement test. If you already know basic greetings and everyday words, start at A1 and use the conversations.

I can have simple conversations

Go to A1 and try the A1 conversations. A2 Everyday Arabic is in development (three lessons so far), so A1, the A2 lessons and the Speak page are the highest levels available now.

Open A1
I already speak Arabic

HikmahBridge does not yet have advanced spoken Arabic. You may still find the conversation practice useful, and the Islamic Arabic page links to Qur’anic and classical Arabic resources on this site.
