Practical resources for learning, worship, reflection and family activities throughout Ramadan.

Available now

  • Ramadan Guide — preparing your soul, home, and family for the blessed month.
  • Laylat al-Qadr — what it is, how to seek it in the last ten nights, and the dua the Prophet taught for it, sourced and cited.
  • Daily Duas — supplications you can carry into iftar, taraweeh and the quiet hours before suhoor.
  • Morning & Evening — a remembrance routine that fits naturally around a Ramadan schedule.

The basics, briefly

Required: fasting each day of Ramadan, from dawn to sunset, is one of the five pillars of Islam and obligatory for adult Muslims who are able to fast.

Recommended: the night prayers (Taraweeh), extra Qur’an recitation, and increased charity are strongly encouraged (sunnah) but not obligatory in the same way as the fast itself.

Individual circumstances: exemptions and makeup rules for illness, travel, pregnancy, nursing and similar situations are a fiqh matter with real detail behind them. This page won’t attempt to cover every case — please ask a qualified scholar about your own situation rather than relying on a general guide.

What’s planned

Separate, simpler experiences for adults, families and children — not one generic tool trying to fit everyone. Nothing below is live yet:

  • Ramadan Planner — a day-by-day preparation and habit plan.
  • Qur’an Tracker — see our Hifz Progress Tracker, which already works today for memorisation and revision tracking.
  • Salah Tracker — a simple daily prayer log.
  • Dua Checklist — working through a set of Ramadan duas one at a time.
  • Good Deeds Challenge — small, trackable acts of charity and worship.
  • Kids Ramadan Activities — see our Islamic Kids Activity Library for the current status.
  • Zakat & Sadaqah tools, including a calculator — also noted on our Worship page.
  • Eid preparation checklist.
