Buying and downloading one of our Islamic guides takes about two minutes, start to finish. Here’s exactly how it works.
1. Choose a guide
Visit the Shop page to see every guide and bundle — from the Guide to Salah and Daily Duas to the Marriage and Parenting guides and the money-saving bundles. Click any guide to read its full description before buying.
2. Add it to your cart
Click Add to cart on any guide. You can keep browsing and add more than one — your cart total updates automatically in the top corner of the site.
3. Go to checkout
When you’re ready, click the cart icon and select Checkout. Fill in the requested details, including your email address — this is where your download link will be sent.
No account needed. You can check out as a guest. If you’d like to save your purchases and re-download later, see “Creating an account” below.
4. Choose how to pay
Please note: online payment is being set up and is not available yet, so paid guides cannot be bought at the moment. All free lessons, courses and tools are open as usual. To hear when guides are available, send us a message through the Support page.
Select a payment method at the bottom of the checkout page, then click Place order. Your order is confirmed the moment payment goes through.
5. Get your PDF
As soon as your order is confirmed, your guide is ready. You’ll get it through whichever of these is easiest:
- Right away — a download link appears on your order confirmation page.
- By email — your confirmation email includes the same download link.
- Later — if you have an account, it’s also listed under My Account → Downloads. Each purchase can be downloaded up to 5 times within 30 days, so save the PDF to your device.
6. Creating an account (optional)
Want to come back and re-download a guide without digging up an old email? Create an account at checkout, or anytime from My Account — every future purchase and download will be saved there.
7. Common questions
I lost my download link. What now?
Check your email for the order confirmation — the link is reusable. If you created an account, it’s also listed under My Account → Downloads for 30 days after purchase. Still stuck? Reach out via the Support page and we’ll resend it.
Does the download link expire?
Yes. Each purchase can be downloaded up to 5 times within 30 days of your order. Save the PDF to your device and it is yours to keep and read whenever you like. If your link has run out, contact us through the Support page with your order number.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Contact us within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and we’ll refund you in full — no reason needed. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes — we never see or store your card details directly; they’re handled securely by our payment provider.
