This is the Hadith Library: the six canonical hadith collections, known as the Kutub al-Sittah, browsable by book and by hadith number. The Arabic text and English translations are loaded live, collection by collection, from a public hadith dataset. Grades are shown exactly as that source supplies them, and attributed to the scholar who issued them. HikmahBridge does not grade hadith itself. A Roman-letter transliteration is not available from this source, so that section is shown as unavailable, rather than generated. To use the library, choose a collection, then pick a hadith number or search for a word or phrase. Each entry shows the Arabic, the English translation, and the chapter and grade where available. You can bookmark hadith, and set reading preferences such as line spacing and a light, sepia or dark mode. Bookmarks and preferences are saved in your browser. If you are new to hadith study, start with the guides on this page: Understanding Hadith, which explains the terminology and how grading works, and introductions to Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, each with its own narration. There is also a Hadith Lab, for testing your recognition of twelve real, sourced hadith.
